Patrick Reed believes his game is in a place that is fantastic as he calls to get his first success on land at the KLM Open.
The former Masters champion makes his second three appearances in as many weeks on the European Tour, with Reed attempting to build on a finish in the Porsche European Open.
Reed was passed an Honorary Life Membership from the Union in February, with the 29-year-old looking to reestablish in Amsterdam and scale the Hurry to Dubai positions before a busy end up.
“It [his game] is also trending,” Reed explained. “I feel as I’ve been playing a few solid golf here recently and I feel that this year was a big learning experience for me after winning the previous year.
“That being said, I feel that’s the game’s where it should be, continue to grind and keep on to go out there and just take it day by day and try and have opportunities to win Sunday.
“I will play this week, I am playing next week also then I will go home for a couple of weeks. I have three abroad in China and South Korea.
“Hopefully then Dubai then Hong Kong, therefore I’m not stopping anytime soon. I’m going to be on the street a long time and I will look forward to it and finish off the calendar year right.”
Reed plays alongside Thomas Pieters and Matt Wallace for the initial two rounds, while Sergio Garcia Intends to join the likes of Seve Ballesteros and Jos?? Mar??a Olaz??bal as winners of the occasion.
“There’s a whole lot of Spanish background with the occasion and hopefully we will have a fantastic solid week and will attempt to have a good prospect of winning on Sunday,” Garcia said.
“When I have a fantastic week to proceed up the Hurry to Dubai Rankings which would be a wonderful thing to do, therefore it’s one of the goals. I feel good.
“I played fairly well for the most part in Crans, so hopefully we could continue on that same line and keep the momentum moving.”
